Health & Safety
I hereby confirm that [I am / my son is / my daughter is] medically fit and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to report any ailments, medications, allergies, disabilities, etc. in advance of each lesson to UA. I explicitly agree to assume all risks of death, illness, or injury to [my/his/her] person and/or loss of, or damage to any property of UA or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate company resulting directly or indirectly from [my/his/her] participation.
I expressly release and discharge UA and its owners, employees, agents and sponsors from any and all liabilities, claims, suits, demands or actions arising from or in connection with [my/his/her] participation in the Athletics programs.
Management will not be liable or responsible for any personal injury, accident or death, illness including Covid-19, or any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles cause to or suffered by any visitors, participants, spectators or invitees attending any of the activities hosted by UA.
Covid-19 Declaration
I hereby confirm that [I am / my son is / my daughter has not been in contact with any known positive case of Covid-19. I agree to not attend training if I am self-isolating.
If I have travelled in the past 14 days, I will provide a negative result before attending training.
If I test positive for Covid-19 I will inform UA in writing immediately. I will not attend UA if feeling unwell and will notify in advance of my absence.
I accept coaches or management have the right to refuse entry to the session if showing any symptoms and I will be isolated and wait to be collected.
Social Media
During the trainings and at competitions, photographs and videos may be taken by Ultimate Athletics Coaches and/or our Photographer Melissa Lear, these could be sent to you via our WhatsApp groups and/or occasionally for sharing good practice on our social media.
Your rights
You have the right to request that your images are not used in which case please put in writing to info@ultimateathleticsuae.com
Term Payments
All term payments must be made in advance vis the Ultimate Bookings Portal. New members can try a drop in session first before committing to the term.
If you are registering once the term has already commenced, you will be required to pay pro-rata for all remaining sessions in the UA coaching term.
New members agree to pay the annual registration fee which is pro-rata from Sept 2021- Sept 2022.
Session Protocols
Please ensure participants do not eat a heavy meal prior to the class. A light snack only is advised. No food or chewing gym is allowed around the track area.
The participant will be required to arrive promptly at each session (at least 5 minutes prior to the start time) with their UA kit, mask and water bottle.
Parents are asked to adhere to the latest Covid-19 Regulations with regards to spectators. Events are permitted with spectator capacity, adhering to 1m distancing and masks.
It is the parent’s responsibility to supervise any younger siblings and they are not allowed to use the track. It is the parent’s responsibility to collect their child on time.
Refund policy
If you or your child are ill and cannot attend a session, please notify the UA office prior to the session by sending an email to info@ultimateathleticsuae.com
You can make up this session on another day during the term in a class with availability.
A make-up session is not a credit or transferable – all sessions must be completed within the current term.
If classes cannot be completed in the current term, exceptionally if Injured or unwell (including Covid-19) and you provided a doctor’s note at the time of absence, we will apply the make-up sessions to the following term. If you are not continuing in the next term a refund will be issued for the missed classes. Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
We strive for continuity for every lesson and whilst every effort will always be taken to ensure that the training schedule remains consistent, occasionally schedules may need to be amended or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or facility repairs.
If we cancel a session, we will offer you an alternative.
